This is a very rare combination of 27 + 1 beads stung specially in confirmation with the rules laid down in shrimad devi bhagavatam consists of 1 to 14 mukhi rudraksha.

Only a privileged few are able to possess and wear this Divya combination. As per the puranas the wearer of this mala achieves all siddhis & attains a position equivalent to Lord shiva himself.
